Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on individual programs and recommendations of product or service tailored for specific needs.
When purchasing a pre-paid treatment program, clients may receive further discount/savings, as such the payment for the program must be made in full prior to first treatment. The client hereby acknowledges that the fee for pre-paid packages is non-refundable in part or whole, including in the event that a client circumstances change, the client is unable to attend or opts to discontinue the treatment.
Treatment programs are non transferable in part or whole to any other treatment or individuals.
Treatment programs when purchased as combined/bundled areas must be redeemed together on the same day (i.e. the areas purchased in this package cannot be redeemed over separate appointments). In the circumstances that the client is unable to treat multiple / specific area/s on the day they will forfeit that session.
We require at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation. Failure to attend an appointment or notify the clinic of cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeit of the prepaid package fee of that particular appointment or 25% of the full-price of the session. Please see our cancellation & refund policy for further information.
All pre-paid treatments have an expiry, which is not extendable and commences from date of purchase. Laser Hair Removal pre-pay of six treatments have an 18-month expiry. Laser hair removal pre-pay of 10 treatments have a 24-month expiry. Laser hair removal pre-pays of less than six treatments have a 12-month expiry.
All single & three Package Skin treatments have a 12-month expiry. All six Package Skin Treatments have an 18-month expiry.
MySkin Laser Clinics will match any competitors current advertised price for the same treatment, equipment or product. Price Match applies to all Laser hair removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation treatments and skin care products.
To honour the price match guarantee, competitor must be within Victoria, and within a 15km radius of the clinic you wish to redeem your service/product. Price match will only be granted where requested prior to the time of booking/payment. The burden of proof of advertised price falls on the consumer and must be provided at the time of request.
Skin Care products must be available in Victorian clinics, and not be advertised via an online website.
Price match does not apply to online or group buying deals/websites.
Where price match is honoured we will match the T&Cs supplied by competitors regarding sale. This includes but is not limited to time provided for treatment, expiry and all minimum/maximum purchases allowed.

Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. Please ensure you read & understand our cancellation policy.
All new clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time in order to complete consultation paperwork.
We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, failure to provide 48 hours notice or failure to attend your appointment reserves us the right to forfeit a pre-paid treatment or redeem 25% of the full-price of the treatment, the value which must be paid before any further service or product is provided.
MySkin Laser Clinics does not provide a refund on services or products for change of mind.
Treatments and services are non-transferable to other treatments and individuals.
Deposits for injectable services are refundable in the circumstance you do not continue with treatment.
Pre-paid treatment programs will expire automatically in line with our treatment program policy and extensions will not be granted.
Under Australian consumer law refunds or exchanges may be granted where there is major fault/problem.
Products purchased through our online store will be shipped via Australia Post.
Products can only be shipped to a Residential or Business address within Australia.
We will not ship to any P.O. Box address.
Shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days however can take up to 14 days in some cases.
Where a product is not available, and a back-order is required, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you.
We charge a shipping fee associated with the purchase, in order to allocate our own tracking number for the shipment. Therefore, we are exempt from any liabilities associated with lost items, items not arriving or damaged packaging during the shipment process.
Orders of over $500 AUD will have free shipping.
As with all purchases with MySkin Laser Clinic, a strict no refund policy applies. Please refer to our cancelation & refund policy for more information.
On rare occasion maintenance or technical fault, through no fault of our own may be required. In the event of such unforeseen circumstance appointments may be delayed or rescheduled without prior notice.
We address such circumstance as quickly as possible and ensure optimal safety and efficacy of equipment before resuming normal operations. We endeavour to provide services as planned and execute a number of alternate options before resorting to changing your appointments. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
When purchasing a gift card with MySkin Laser Clinics the following terms & conditions will apply: • All Gift Cards have a 12-month expiry from the date of purchase. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid – all transactions will be declined.Expired gift cards will not be accepted • All Gift Card Vouchers must have a serial number written on the voucher to be valid, and the voucher may be redeemed without original card if client can supply the serial number. • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for refund or transferred to another gift card. • Lost, stolen or damaged cards are unable to be replaced
Clients can receive $10 off when they sign up to our online newsletter via this website. Clients must provide proof of sign up in clinic to receive credit. Credit can only be used once, is not applicable to promotional items, retail products, injectable services or allowed to be used in combination with any other offers.
Clients are eligible to receive a $20 credit for each family or friend that they refer to us. To receive your referral credit, the person must provide your full name at their initial consultation by writing it down on our consent forms. If not mentioned at their first visit you are ineligible for the referral credit.
Referral credit may be used with prepaid treatment programs and all full priced service options excluding injectable services. Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, and does not apply to retail products.
Referral Credit expires 12 months from application to account.
These terms and conditional along with any specific rules set out in competition notices apply to any/all competitions run through our website, social medias or in clinic. By entering a competition, entrants agree to be bound by the rules below;
MySkin Laser Clinics reserve the right to cancel or amend competition rules without notice or anticipated breach of any law or regulation outside our reasonable controls. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions or the competition notice. In the event of a dispute regarding the rules or outcome of a competition, MySkin Laser Clinics will determine the final outcome.
Individual clinics may run their own competitions with their own separate terms & conditions.
Competitions are not open to entrants outside of Victoria. To redeem prizes, entrants must have access to at least one of our locations. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants which may be in breach of any rules or regulations. Unless stated otherwise you may enter a competition as many times as you like. If your post/share entry is not visible to MySkin Laser Clinics due to your Facebook account settings, MySkin Laser Clinics cannot accept your share/post as an entry, MySkin Laser Clinics holds no responsibility for your entries not being valid due to not being visible because of your Social Media Privacy Account Settings.
Unless stated otherwise in the Competition Notice, prize winners will be chosen at random from all correct Entries or from all submitted entries within 28 days of the closing date specified in the Competition Notice. In all matters, the decision of MySkin Laser Clinics shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice and may be contacted by MySkin Laser Clinics. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Only one prize per entrant will be awarded. Competition winner(s)’ names may be published on the website/social medias. Prizes must be collected within 28 days of notifications at which point they will be forfeited.
Where prizes are not appropriate or applicable for younger applicants/those under 18 this will be specified in the competition notice.
