About the Role
MySkin Laser Clinics offers a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a professional, motivated and friendly team. The position is focused on customer service and providing support to our Clinic Therapists with the finest attention to detail
You will be responsible for:
- General reception duties, including greeting clients, taking payments and providing exceptional customer service
- Answer phone and email enquiries regarding treatments, payment, and booking
- Use of MindBody Client Booking system to schedule clients
- Work as a team, to assist therapists in turning down rooms between clients.

- Previous Reception Experience within a fast paced environment

- A Background in beauty retail highly desirable
