• Clients are eligible to receive a $20 credit for each family or friend that they refer to us. 
• To receive your referral credit, the person must provide your full name at their initial consultation by writing it down on our consent forms. 
• If not mentioned at their first visit you are ineligible for the referral credit.
• Referral credit may be used with prepaid treatment programs and all full priced service options excluding injectable services. 
• Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, and does not apply to retail products.
• Referral Credit expires 12 months from application to account.
